It appears that the fleet will be closed in May, the fleet in the carburetor. To clean the carburetor or do it yourself. The needle valve can stick A. You should be cleaning the carburetor, the case, it is for an engine that was normal for a while.
Make sure that the fuel and drain before replacing with fresh gas. Good Luck
